Meridian is an informational sports-market intelligence product. It does not accept wagers, custody funds, or settle bets. You must be 21 or older to use betting-adjacent research tools. Access is provided “as is.” Snapshot prices, live scores, and model output can be wrong, delayed, or incomplete.

You may not scrape, republish, or redistribute odds, scores, or logos beyond personal use unless a separate license says otherwise. Counsel has not signed these terms. Status: EXTERNAL_SIGNOFF_REQUIRED.

If you sign in, Meridian stores account identity (name, email, image) via Better Auth, plus optional tickets and bankroll settings keyed to your user id. Watchlist, alerts, My Sportsbooks, timezone, and tracked rows live in this browser until you export or delete them.

Analytics, if later connected, must not include API keys, sportsbook passwords, or raw evidence packets. Demo Mode events do not mix into production metrics. Account deletion clears local Meridian keys and signs you out. Server-row purge for tickets/bankroll is documented as a remaining production gate.

Session cookies are first-party, host-prefixed where the platform supports it. Live-preview sign-in may use a bearer token in sessionStorage because partitioned iframe cookies cannot be read. No advertising cookies are installed in this build.

Meridian may receive compensation if you visit or sign up with a partner sportsbook. Rankings of best price, best line, Price Quality, and BookFit never use that compensation.

Outbound sportsbook links on this channel: disabled. Native iOS/Android builds can disable them independently. Best-price ranking cannot read commercial relationship fields. Sponsored modules, if added later, will be labeled.

Every enabled model receives the same frozen evidence packet and snapshot hash. Structured outputs are validated. Invented markets or source IDs are rejected. Council support is a count of agreeing lanes — not a win probability. Missing credentials produce a disabled lane, not a fabricated opinion. Demo Mode uses labeled “Demo OpenAI Response” (and siblings) that never claim a live API call.

This freeze is demo/research data generated by a documented method unless a licensed odds feed is connected. ESPN public scoreboard polling is independent of odds. It is not a licensed injury wire, not public-betting splits, and not a rights grant to redistribute team or sportsbook marks commercially.

Keys stay on the server. Browser clients never receive OpticOdds or AI vendor secrets.

Target: WCAG 2.2 AA. Odds cells expose spoken labels (book, selection, price, best, freshness). Charts have a text/table alternative. Status is not color-only. A skip link is on every Shell page. Keyboard focus is visible. Automated scans are not a substitute for a professional audit.

Product and security: use the account you used to commission this workspace. Do not send API keys in email. There is no public support inbox in this sandbox — configure one before production launch.
